Man pulled over, ticketed for rocking a mannequin in the HOV lane.
Hehe. I'm sure this is not the first time this had been pulled, or even the first time someone has been caught, but look at that mannequin! Sure, it's got a nice lil hoodie and a baseball cap, but the facial accents are really lacking.
Crazy people.

One of the funniest episodes of Curb Your Enthusiasm to date is the one when Larry picks up a prostitute so he can use the car pool lane to get to a baseball game on time. Priceless.
There was an episode of "Sinbad" where Sinbad did the same thing.
I damn, I just admitted to watching "Sinbad", didn't I?
