Come fly the friendly skies.

Lauren: i'm reading this thing on "excellent customer service"
and its talking about how many customers you'll lose for various reasons
and the FIRST thing is "1% of customers leave because they DIE (out of our control)"
!!!!!
me: HAHAH
Lauren: seriously! that's exactly what it says!
me: wow
wow.
Lauren: they even italicized DIE!
and i like how they clarified that it was out of our control
i wish tehre was an asteriks that said "Except for the ones we kill in airplane crashes. Those are kind of our fault.:"
